Built around Pakistani pharmacy rules, not adapted to them

Run the whole shop from one screen

Sell at the counter, watch your stock and expiry, order from your distributors, keep the accounts straight and see what you actually earned. It keeps working when the internet does not.

No card needed to start. Your data stays yours.

Works offline

The counter does not stop when the line drops

Load shedding and a dead connection should not mean a queue of customers and a notebook. Sales complete on the device and upload themselves the moment you are back online.

  • Sales complete with no connection at all
  • Everything queued is visible, with a sync button when you want it
  • Each sale carries its own reference, so nothing is ever billed twice
  • Stock catches up automatically once the queue clears

At the counter

Cannot be sold on this licence

Vancomycin 500mg Injection

Schedule G. Drugs Act 1976 Schedule G, Form 10 Condition (vii). A Form 8 medical store licence does not permit this sale.

Allowed

Panadol Extra Tab

Unscheduled. No restriction.

Compliance

It knows what your licence lets you sell

You tell it which licence you hold. From then on the counter stops a sale your licence does not cover and shows the rule behind it, so your staff can explain the refusal to the customer.

  • The licence you declare drives it, never a guess from your business type
  • 118 regulatory requirements and the checklist for your category
  • Schedule classifications traced to the document they came from
  • The same item is blocked on one licence and allowed on another

One system instead of six

A register here, a stock file there, a separate book for the accounts. All of it in one place, and each part already knows about the others.

Counter sales

Search, scan, cart, print. Cash, card, credit or split payment. Loyalty customers and their dues are tracked as you sell.

Stock that tells the truth

Batch numbers, expiry dates and shelf locations. Low stock and items expiring in 90 days surface before they cost you money.

Suppliers and their price lists

Import a distributor's stock list once, then order using their own product codes. Their invoice matches your order line for line.

Purchases and returns

Receive goods against an order, stock updates itself, and the supplier ledger moves with it. Customer returns restore stock.

Cash register

Open a drawer with a float, record cash in and out, then close and see over or short against what the system expected.

Patients and prescriptions

Patient history, printable prescriptions with dosage and follow up, and a WhatsApp share so the patient keeps a copy.

Accounts that balance

Chart of accounts, double entry journals, expenses, and a trial balance, profit and loss and balance sheet that come from real entries.

Staff

Attendance, salaries with deductions and bonuses, and advances. Salary cost lands in your reports for the period you pick.

Reports you will actually read

Revenue, real profit after cost of goods, receivables against payables, top sellers, payment mix and expense breakdown. Export to Excel.

Assistance, not autopilot

A second opinion at the counter

Ask what a drug does, what it clashes with, or what to check for. Answers come from your own catalogue first and are always yours to edit before you use them.

Drug information

Uses, dosage, side effects and cautions, answered against your catalogue before anything else.

Interaction warnings

Two or more items in a cart are checked against each other before you take payment.

Prescription drafts

Symptoms in, a draft out. The doctor edits and signs. Nothing is saved until they do.

Plain language reporting

Ask what sold last month or which supplier you owe the most, in words rather than filters.

Questions people ask before they switch

Does it work if my internet goes down?

Yes. The point of sale keeps taking sales with no connection and stores them on the device. When you are back online they upload on their own, and a sale can never be counted twice because each one carries its own reference.

Do I have to type in thousands of medicines before I can start?

No. 13,113 medicines are already in the system with generic names, manufacturers and pack details. Search the catalogue and copy what you stock into your own inventory. Your prices and stock stay yours.

How does it handle DRAP schedules?

You declare the licence category you actually hold. If you hold a Form 8 medical store licence, the counter blocks Schedule G items and cites the rule on screen. A pharmacy licence is not blocked on the same item. The licence you declare is what drives it, not a guess from your business type.

Can I use it for a clinic and not a pharmacy?

Yes. Tell it what kind of business you run during setup and the menu changes to match. A clinic does not see distributors and purchase orders. A veterinary practice sees vet medicines. A lab keeps lab tests and reports.

What does the AI actually do?

It answers drug questions, flags interactions between items in a cart, suggests lab tests from symptoms and drafts prescriptions for a doctor to review and edit. It never sells or dispenses on its own, and every suggestion is editable before it is used.

Can more than one person use it at once?

Yes. Add your team with roles, and the owner and manager control who can add users or change the licence category. Everyone works on the same live data.

Does it run on a phone?

Yes. It runs in the browser on a counter PC, a laptop, a tablet or a phone, and installs to the home screen like an app.

Set it up this week, not this quarter

The medicine catalogue is already loaded. Answer a few questions about your business and you can ring up your first sale the same day.
